Terms and Conditions

The program. Ten hours of mentor coaching: seven as a group across five sessions, three individual, plus an optional recorded-session review. Full details, dates, and pricing are on the program page.

Payment. The price you pay is the price in effect at the time of your purchase. Early enrollment pricing, when offered, is not retroactive or extended after its stated deadline.

Missed sessions. Please confirm that the dates of the first and last sessions work for you before enrolling. For any of the three middle sessions, a $300 individual session with me makes up the missed hours. If you don't need the full 10 hours for your own purposes, you're welcome to forgo the makeup instead.

Withdrawing. If you need to step away before the program ends, let me know and we'll work out a fair plan for anything you haven't used yet, including any remaining individual time. I don't offer refunds, but I will credit you forward into the equivalent point of a future cohort.

Confidentiality. What's shared in group sessions, by you or by other participants, stays with the group. This includes anything discussed about your own or others' coaching practice, clients or challenges. Your individual sessions are confidential between the two of us, subject to the ICF Code of Ethics.

Recording review. If you choose to submit a coaching session recording for review, it must be a session with a client who has given consent using the form I'll provide. This step is entirely optional and never required to complete the program.

ICF requirements. This program is structured to meet the ICF's stated mentor coaching and continuing education requirements. I cannot guarantee that ICF will accept any individual's hours toward a specific credential application or renewal; that determination is ICF's alone.
