Connecting leaders with their inner strengths to make a powerful impact

Are you a leader seeking a transition, or who recently made one? An introvert living in an extroverted world? You’ve come to the right place.

Alan Heymann is a leadership coach who works with managers and executives, using an integrated approach that brings together their leadership goals and personal wellbeing. His clients have spanned corporations (including the Fortune 50), nonprofit organizations, public utilities, federal, county and municipal governments.

What we offer

  • Leadership Coaching

Alan offers one-on-one leadership coaching packages to work through both common and unique challenges with each client. He also offers a Designing Your Life coaching package specifically for those that are making (or hoping to make) a change in their career path.

  • Group Coaching

In partnership with fellow coach Jennifer Hart, we offer a group coaching program called Open Coaching: The Essentials to new and existing clients. 75-minute sessions are held once a month on Zoom (on Wednesdays).

  • Workshops and Keynotes

Alan is available for custom workshops and keynote addresses for organizations looking to inspire and motivate their teams. Talk to us about what you are looking for, or book our Snackable Leadership series, which is a great introduction to leadership development.

About Alan

Alan Heymann, author of the book Don’t Just Have the Soup: 52 Analogies for Leadership, Coaching and Life, specializes in coaching fellow introverts and clients looking to make a transition. An expert communicator and engaging speaker, Alan spent more than two decades in public, government and nonprofit communications — leading teams from 2 to more than 100 people to inspire positive change in society. Inspired by a career transformation he made with the support of an executive coach, Alan decided to become a coach himself. He founded Peaceful Direction in April 2019.
